Job Summary



  • We are inviting  inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill the position of  Project Coordinator - Citizens’ Led Engagements on Judicial Accountability in Post Election Justice Delivery in Nigeria, (CLEAP Justice Project) - Abuja

  • The Project Coordinator would in collaboration with the Governance Manager develop, implement, manage, and report on the Citizen’s Led Engagements on Judicial Accountability in Post Election Justice Delivery in Nigeria (CLEAP-Justice) project.

  • This is a 12-month citizen centered and citizen driven intervention that will contribute to promoting accountability in post-election justice delivery in Nigeria. S/he would also have responsibility for contributing to the development of an overall just and democratic governance programme in ActionAid Nigeria.


Person Specification

Educations / Qualifications:



  • Barrister-at-Law (B.L) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is essential.

  • Membership of relevant professional Institute is desirable.


Experience:



  • At least seven (7) years’ experience, four (4) of which should be in a similar role with particular emphasis on election interventions in the development sector preferably at the state level is essential.

  • Experience working on an election project is desirable.

  • Experience working with multi-sectoral stakeholders is desirable.


Skills / Abilities:



  • Excellent skill in Programme Information Management

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to maintain donor relationship and accountability in line with funding policies and standards

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills

  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
