Job Description

• Responsible for pick-up and delivery of garments to customers on time.


• Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of garments ready for delivery.


• Response to all inquires related to delivery.


• Contact customers to verify the delivery address.


• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.


• Communicate with other department within the company to ensure that customer garments is delivered on time.


• Effectively plan and organize the delivery routes to optimize time management


• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pick-ups

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE certification with 1-3 years of work experience.


• Familiarity with relevant routes and must be a skilled dispatch rider.


• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.


• Candidate must possess a valid rider’s permit.
