Job Brief



  • We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Front Executive to join our team! As a Front Desk Executive you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at the office.

  • Your role is extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction therefore the goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while at the office.


Responsibilities



  • Greet, communicate with and welcome guests

  • Keep front desk clean, tidy and furnished with all the necessary supplies

  • Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints

  • Attend toincoming calls and redirect them whereneeded

  • Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination

  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail

  • Check, sort and forward emails

  • Monitor office supplies

  • Monitor and update records and files

  • Monitor and log office expenses and costs


Requirements and Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in Office Administration, Secretarial studies or other Management science discipline.

  • 2-3 years experience as Front Desk officer, receptionist or a similar role

  • Experience using various office management software

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Strong organisation skills

  • Critical thinkingand problem-solving skills

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset
