Job Brief
- We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Front Executive to join our team! As a Front Desk Executive you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at the office.
- Your role is extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction therefore the goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while at the office.
Responsibilities
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
- Keep front desk clean, tidy and furnished with all the necessary supplies
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Attend toincoming calls and redirect them whereneeded
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies
- Monitor and update records and files
- Monitor and log office expenses and costs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in Office Administration, Secretarial studies or other Management science discipline.
- 2-3 years experience as Front Desk officer, receptionist or a similar role
- Experience using various office management software
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organisation skills
- Critical thinkingand problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
