As our Community Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing innovative strategies to grow and engage our community across multiple platforms.
You'll be the voice of our brand, working closely with our users, influencers, and partners to drive engagement and foster a sense of belonging.
What You’ll do
Develop, coordinate, and evaluate programs and projects to promote The Nest community relations and educational programs designed to connect The Nest Community / Nesters with support programs and services to help their businesses grow and scale.
Plan, coordinate, and attend community member events, meetings, and other activities relating to community management and engagement, which may include recognition programs, business programs, and professional programs.
Develop a brand communication strategy and expand the company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.
Manage and coordinate the online chat groups, interacting with the community to increase positive engagement.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
