Position Summary



  • Online Marketplace Representative's main responsibility is to set and start up a professional online shop, manage sales and marketing of the Organisation’s products on our sales channel such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay and other marketplaces

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share on these platforms.


Job Description 



  • Day-to-day management of all marketing online platforms.

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share on Amazon US, Walmart, eBay, the company website and another marketplace.

  • Be able to setup and upload new items in the sales channels, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, including our e-commerce website.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase page views, improve conversions, increase sales and launch new products.

  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels on these channels.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize performance.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Amazon and Walmart account managers.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Provide information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information, responding to requests.

  • Maintain and improve listings to boost product ranking within the different sales channels.

  • Manage the sales and margin targets of Amazon account and other sales channels.

  • Ensure pricing is accurate and competitive.

  • Keep up to date with best practices to all e-Commerce platforms.

  • Ability to create detailed reports driven by marketplace activity.

  • Audit content and troubleshoot customer, product, and site issues.


Qualifications / Skills



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Sales or a related field

  • Amazon, shopify, and Walmart management experience (3+ years)

  • E-commerce retail experience (3+ years)

  • Excellent knowledge of prevailing procedure and techniques in e-commerce.

  • Outstanding consulting and quality assurance abilities

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude with strong work ethic.

  • Must be able to generate leads independently.

  • Expert in SEO ranking, google pay-per-click ads.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share on multiple sales channels.

  • Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart Shopify seller portals and policies

  • Experience with Amazon Advertising, Walmart Marketplace Advertising, and other digital marketing
