Job Description:



  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and other team members as needed.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and files.

  • Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other departments in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports, including proofreading and editing.

  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.

  • Manage and order office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, such as conferences, meetings, and team-building activities.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet and appropriate manner.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the executive team or supervisor.


Requirements



  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative officer or a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with administrative procedures, including record-keeping and file management.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
