PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To supervise and carry out maintenance job and other assignments as instructed for effective and efficient performance of electrical systems in all packing areas.

THE JOB

• Supervise and carry out maintenance and other assignments as instructed for effective and efficient performance of electrical  systems in all packing areas.


• Troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize downtime.


• Provide specialized support on electrical issues and coordinate related activities.


• Modify electrical diagrams towards meeting desired functionality.


• Ensure annual calibration of all electrical test equipment and maintain accurate records.


• Assist in delivering an effective electrical safety process, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and promoting a safe working environment for employees, and stakeholders involved in electrical work.


• Ensure the safety, technical standard, and quality of electrical work under your supervision.


• Assisting in training Team members to improve on their job performance.


• Enforce the compliance of team members with safety, health and environment standards.


• Observe good housekeeping and adhere strictly to safety rules/procedure.

QUALIFICATION

• OND in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.


• Experience overseeing electrical projects.
