Responsibilities

• Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks


• Take the lead on financial accounting and reporting


• Oversee all audit and internal control operations


• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis


• Create, update and implement financial policies and procedures


• Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department


• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions


• Handling VAT, PAYE and Tax duties, including corporation tax.


• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of B.sc Accounting or related field


• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Accountant


• ACCA or ICAN Certification will be a plus


• An ability to make quick but sound decisions


• Good ability to maintain accuracy when dealing with numbers
