Provide day-to-day administrative support in the company
Oversee personnel records
Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g. Background, qualification, skill, etc.).
Create and circulate documents about the policies of the organization.
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Develop training and onboarding materials
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Organize and maintain the Human Resources filing system; ensures accuracy andcompleteness of confidential personnel files and employee records; and files andretrieved documents
Work closely with managers and employees to resolve employee issues and review performance appraisalsinclude administering compensation program, enforcing corporate policies and procedures, monitoring organizational growth and facilitating internal investigations as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Liaise with Finance and Accounts for the prompt payment of utility bills, maintenance bills, renewal of licences, rent etc.
Handles complaints on disruptions and faults on utilities and follow up promptly for reconnection/ repairs
