- Ability to forecast, establish and execute sales goals, maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Ability to generate and qualify business leads.
- Ability to plan and implement effective management of marketing, target driven/result-oriented, and promotional activities of the company.
- Ability to ensure effective coverage of the entire region by demarcating appropriate sales territories to the sales team and to achieve optimum sales results.
- Ability to manage sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, competition analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
- Ability to manage, coach, train, develop and drive sales team members in the location(s) i.e both sales team and agents to achieve optimum sales results.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Any First Degree from a reputable Higher institution.
- Must have at least 3 years of cognate experience in the Health Insurance industry i.e HMO with expertise in managing medium to large teams, Life insurance of complex sales services in business to business(b2b) setting.
- Understanding of Territory Management and Business Development.
Achievement(s):
- Must have delivered N100m and above in new business consistently for 2 years in a sales role.
- Must have quality opportunities in your current sales pipeline worth over N200m
- Must have a good network in financial services, Oil & Gas, and amongst other conglomerates.

Compensation & Benefit
- Annual Guaranteed Gross: N2,800,000 - N3,200,000 / Annum (Open to Negotiation)
