  • Objectively review the organization's business processes

  • Evaluate the efficacy of risk management processes in place.

  • Periodic risk assessment of internal processes in order to identify loopholes and proffering appropriate solutions.

  • Ensure and monitor compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

  • Designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for key roles.

  • Designing Audit Programme, Guidelines and Processes

  • Review Daily Sales Reconciliations and Shortages / Excess.

  • Conducting, monitoring and reviewing of Headquarters and outlets Audit and Reports.

  • Participating in stock counts and draw report thereon.

  • Monitoring and Review of Outlets stocktaking and Audit Stock Count Reports.

  • Ensuring that Daily Sales at the shop floor are updated on time through liaison with the outlets and ICT.

  • Rendering of weekly and monthly Audit Reports.

  • Ensuring all Pending Transfer Sales are received into the coffers of the company based on the policy of the company regarding Pending Transfer Sales.

  • Attending weekly Management meetings at the Headquarters.

  • Any other responsibilities as may be given by the Internal Auditor from time to time.


Requirements



  • University Degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • ICAN/ACCA certification (or in view).

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience.

  • Preferably a male for gender balance

  • Proven work experience as Internal Auditor/Control officer.

  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

  • Ability to effectively communicate, read and write.
