Job Description

• Coordinate day-to-day deliveries with dispatch riders and customers


• Ensure prompt delivery of customer good and excellent customer service


• Liaise with mechanics and part sellers for repairs and maintenance of dispatch bikes


• Manage customer database and customerbase growth


• Revenue and tax operations


• Other related tasks as maybe assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma from a recognised institution


• Proven experience in the dispatch/bike delivery community in Lagos


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)


• Good communication and writing skills


• Must be polite with excellent customer service skills
