Job Description



  • Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity of the company.

  • Manage external research and coordinate all the internal sources of information to retain the organizations’ best customers and attract new ones.

  • Model demographic information and analyze the volumes of transactional data generated by customer purchase.

  • Identify, prioritize, and reach out to new partners, and business opportunities.

  • Responsible for supervising implementation, advocate for the customer’s needs, and communicate with clients.

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate new plans for expanding increase sales.

  • Document all customer contact and information.

  • Represent the company in strategic meeting.

  • Helps increase sales and growth for the company.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

  • Prepare, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

  • Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete her activities (e.g.  people, material, equipment, etc.).

  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.

  • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret external and internal data and write reports.

  • Assess overall company performance against long- and short-term objectives.

  • Represent the company in events.

  • Coordinate and provide direction for the heads of departments to ensure targets are met.


Key Responsibilities



  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns.

  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

  • Responsible for brand management and corporate identity

  • Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

  • Create a wide range of different marketing materials.

  • Create effective in-store communications and promos.

  • Increase the brand visibility in Lagos and Abuja


Requirements



  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing or any related field

  • Min of 3 years’ experience as a Business Development Officer in an even planning company.

  • Must be creative, pragmatic and eager to learn.

  • A certification in Marketing will be an added advantage.

  • Able to multitask effectively and be able to problem-solve when needed.
