Responsibilities

• A Collection Agents' primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and Whatsapp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment on debts.


• To speak with them persuasively.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, HND or BSc Degree qualification.


• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening


• Flexibility in handling computer (Computer literate)


• Excellent communication skills.
