  • Generate leads and enhance existing networks.

  • Conduct market research, conduct customer feedback exercise and recommend factors and strategies to optimize the business resilience, facilities, processes and sales output

  • Maximize customer awareness and attraction by ensuring the website and all other marketing channels are appealing and effective by working with in-house content developers on strategies for best content output and impact.

  • Promoting your facilities: Using relevant online channels and direct marketing to promote all residences. Promote all aspects of the business to increase occupancy and revenue. Discover right approach to target more clients.

  • Build effective customer relationships and customer loyalty to promote repeat business and referrals.

  • Deliver effective liaison with employees and other members of staff to identify marketing priorities and achieve sales, customer service and other targets / objectives

  • Responsible for corporate and travel agent residence sales.

  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of the hotels/hospitality business strategies and then set SMART goals and achieve them

  • Represent the organizationin various events and exhibitions.

  • Implement all sales action plans related to the market areas as outlined in the marketing plan and meet/exceed sales targets

  • Provide periodic reports and recent industry trend to your line manager/management

  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

  • Develop relationship within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities. (e.g., Influencers)

  • Acquire and develope new business accounts,prepare and present sales proposals and effective correspondence for clients.

  • Any other assignments as directed by line manager


Requirements and Qualifications



  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on marketing and business development experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry.

  • Strong client relationship management skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Solid track record of delivering on sales targets

  • Solid track record experience in setting up hotels, lodges and managing such facilities effectively

  • Good market research experience and updated with industry trend

  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team

  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
