Job Description

• As a Graduate Trainee, you will work under the supervision of team leaders and executives to acquire all essential knowledge in Marketing, Creative Design, Business intelligence, Client Relationship Management and Business Management.


• Participate as an active member of The Redwire Graduate Trainee Program.


• Commit to continuous self-development throughout the entire duration of the program.


• Support the entire team with general administrative tasks.


• Attend and pass all core training prerequisites and programs within the specified timeframe.


• Commit to being available to work with sub-teams in any part of the business during the program.


• Fulfil tasks set out by supervisors and coaches.


• Manage and complete all assigned projects and assessments according to the program schedule.


• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.


• 0 - 1 year of work experience.


• NYSC Certificate of Completion.


• Ambitious self-starter.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment


• Proximity to Lekki, VI and Ikoyi environs.
