Job Summary

The basic responsibilities of the Facility Manager for PrepClass NG include the following;

• Oversees the company's facilities operations, manages projects and maintains an adequate inventory list.

Job Description

• Coordinate systems/electronic performance and maintenance


• Oversee and manage the office services (ensuring the office is in its expected shape) with the office assistants


• Partner with HR to maintain office policies and procedures as necessary


• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers


• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the office environment.


• Partner with HR to ensure inventory lists are up to date and note all equipment conditions.


• Manage LIRS (Tax) process


• Ensures adequate supply of all necessary equipment for events when the needs arise


• Plus all other side projects that come up.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.


• A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility coordination.

• Time management skills including being able to handle a complex, varied workload.


• Proximity to living in Yaba, Lagos.

Salary

N40,000 - N60,000 / month.
