  • Review status reports

  • Provide support where necessary

  • Support operations as required

  • Ensure clear understanding of end-to-end business processes

  • Attend to customer querries

  • Action customer querries and/or forward as necessary

  • Manage complaints

  • Onboard new staff

  • Ensure staff have relevant equipment to perform their roles

  • Ensure database of staff information is up to date (incuding contact details and bank account details)

  • Keep leave and absence records up to date

  • Understand and action health and safety as required

  • Arrange and coordinate staff training as required

  • Ensure all procurement requirements are documented and approved

  • Negotiate best price

  • Ensure all vendor contact details are up to date

  • Liaise with vendors

  • Ensure diary of CEOs are coordinated

  • Ensure availability of all staff and whereabouts is known

  • Ensure social media campaigns are up to date (by 3rd parties)

  • Send out regular notifications to whatsapp list

  • Send out mailchimp email campaigns as designed by 3rd party

  • Respond to enquiries from social media platforms

  • Ensure office is kept to the highest presentable condition

  • Procure office cleaning products

  • Procure office stationery

  • Liaise with caretaker and landlord as is necessary

  • Liaise with artisans as is necessary for office repairs

  • Ad hoc research into potential business areas

  • Site visits to potential retail/business outlets

  • Market research

  • Desk based internet research

  • All receipts to be scanned and electronically filed

  • All invoices to be matched against receipts bank transfers

  • Finance spreadsheet/s to be kept up to date

  • Weekly expenditure report to be prepared on dolibar
