Qualifications



  • At least 2 years of demonstrated experience at a Sales Management level within an Air Cargo business and have a solid knowledge of Air Cargo Sales & Marketing 

  • Strong air cargo sales experience in overall business-to-business sales & marketing experience

  • Excellent communications skills (English is a must have)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic

  • Be a well structured, highly professional individual who is results focused

  • Internationally orientated executive with excellent business acumen and is a savvy negotiator


Key Responsibilities



  • Customers search, identifying new requirements providing price offers for new requests and getting the maximum number of orders

  • Establishment/ renewal of contractual relations with former Customers;

  • Work on the development of the Customers found;

  • Participation in tender preparations;

  • Contract negotiation and signing;

  • Team work with the internal employees aiming at providing excellent service 

  • Making quotes under all the requests 

  • Drive revenue generation by implementing local cargo strategies

  • Actively manage relationships with shippers, key industry and trade partners

  • Able to work with team of Sales to provide customer-centric solutions to customers

  • Excellent knowledge of International and domestic Airlines/ Airfreight market

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills

  • Hard working and able to do multiple tasks

  • Solving problem skills

  • Highly motivated, disciplined and compliance

  • Excellent customer service oriented mindset

  • Well organized and process oriented

  • English proficiency in reading / listening/ writing/ speaking. Other language is a plus


REQUEREMENTS:



  • Sales experience;

  • Experience with FCL and air freight (sales or operations) - obligatory;

  • Own portfolio of Customers (FCL and air freight business) - will be an additional advantage;

  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills;

  • Excellent computer skills;

  • Ability to work both individually and in a team;

  • Ability to balance attention to detail and a quick execution time;

  • Strong organizational, and time management skills;

  • Results-oriented mindset.
