Visits to open and cluster markets as instructed by the management to Identify Merchant needs, Sell and recommend appropriate products and services, and Onboard genuine and verifiable Trade Merchants in chosen markets.
Reach out to onboarded Merchants to Offer the Company’s Virtual Wallet Pay Service, Merchant Upfront finance, and get them to participate in Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) and sell the other company's products and services.
Update all correct and necessary KYC data and social media sales account information for processing
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new Merchants for repeat business
Achieve sales target and meet or exceed sales quotas
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Carry out lawful and legitimate duties assigned by the company through the senior business manager
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in sales
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Great team player
Great sense of ownership
Good Negotiating abilities

Ability to uphold ethical standards to help build trust and maintain relationships with merchants
