Job Summary



  • We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join their Travel Agency. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote their travel services, attract new customers, and enhance their online presence.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, including social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and online advertising.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote their travel agency and increase brand visibility.

  • Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to effectively reach and engage potential customers.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.

  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

  • Create and curate compelling content, including text, images, and videos, to drive user engagement and increase followers.

  • Monitor social media trends and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and incorporate them into website copy and metadata.

  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools, analyze data, and make recommendations for on-page and off-page optimization.

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, to engage and educate the target audience.

  • Create high-quality and engaging content that showcases our travel services, destinations, and unique experiences.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to create and promote compelling travel-related content.

  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks.

  • Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field with at least 3 years experience.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

  • Certification on Digital marketing, social media management

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media management, SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.

  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
