Job Description

Job description of a Dispatch Rider (subject to departmental modifications):

• Receive order from the E-commerce team and dispatch to customer's at the address


• Effectively communicate to customers on the phone and/or any other media


• Ensure proper maintenance of the utility vehicle (Bike) assigned


• Periodic check/servicing of the bike however, liaising with the facility officer


• Ensure proper documentation of the bike inline with Regulatory body standard


• Perform any other duty as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE/GCE, however, OND holder would be added advantage.


• Must have a rider's permit


• Must be familiar with Lagos road


• Proximity to Ikeja and environs would be added advantage.
