Job Description

• Perform day to reconciliation of financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.


• Periodically reconcile expenses ledger and receipts posted.


• Investigate discrepancies if any on budget and statements.


• Ensure payments and expenditures are in compliance with financial policies and guidelines.


• Assist in processing all tax/audit related matters.


• Generate financial reports as required by management or line manager.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting


• Minimum of 3 years related experience


• Knowledge of QUICKBOOKS, SAGE is an advantage


• Excellent use of MICROSOFT OFFICE.


• Exceptional reporting skills.
