Job Responsibilities

• Implementing security measures such as background checks, badge access control systems, and computer network protection (firewalls).


• Manage access card production queues.


• Monitoring and checking Access cards


• Checking data integrity of Users


• Monitoring security systems for signs of intruders or other threats.


• Conduct random security checks on the access device.


• Support the team's adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly SLAs


• Provide process improvement and system enhancement input based on day-to-day experience


• Managing physical security systems such as surveillance cameras, keycard access systems, and alarms.


• Assesses operational needs regarding the Access Control System.


• Troubleshoot and makes modifications to a variety of access control board card readers, electronics locks, and other supportive devices.


• Verifies field hardware interface and integration with other security systems.


• Oversees the maintenance and replacement of tools and various peripheral devices including exit device requests, contacts, and door-locking hardware.


• Coordinating with law enforcement agencies to respond to security threats

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience.
