Job Purpose

• To Provide shareholders and the investment community with timeous, regular, and credible information, consistent with legal and regulatory requirements


• Co-ordinate the outflow of information to ensure that a consistent and correct message is conveyed to stakeholders


• To develop, implement, and manage investment-related programs. Responsible for monitoring the earnings call as well as developing and preparing press releases of quarterly earnings

Key Responsibilites

• Develop and Manage Investor Plan


• Manage Stakeholder’s Expectation


• Prepare Management Reports


• Manage the performance of the group’s strategy


• Maintain database on the performance of competitors

Qualifications

• First Degree in Finance or its equivalent in related fields


• Professional accountancy qualification


• Master’s in business or finance would be an added advantage


• Minimum of 5 years experience in Reporting and Analysis


• Minimum of 3 years experience in Research and Market trading
