We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team at Choice2Mobile Technology Limited, a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP). As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure, providing exceptional customer support, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment, including routers, switches, modems, and other related devices in both residential and commercial settings.


• Conduct on-site visits to customers' premises to set up and configure Internet connections, ensuring optimal network performance.


• Respond promptly to service requests, diagnose network issues, and resolve problems efficiently to minimize downtime.


• Collaborate with the technical support team to identify and address network-related problems and implement appropriate solutions.


• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as firmware upgrades, software installations, and system backups.


• Educate customers on the proper use of equipment and provide guidance on basic troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Institution and relevant certifications or technical training in networking, telecommunications, or related fields is a plus.


• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, preferably within the ISP industry.


• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues using appropriate tools and techniques.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to resolving complex issues.


• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
