Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled tutor to provide academic assistance and support to students.


• The tutor will be responsible for assessing students' strengths and weaknesses, identifying areas of improvement, and designing personalized lesson plans to help students achieve their academic goals.


• The tutor will also provide feedback and monitor progress to ensure students are making satisfactory progress.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess student strengths and weaknesses and develop individualized lesson plans.


• Teach academic subjects to students in a one-on-one or group setting.


• Provide feedback on student progress to students and parents.


• Prepare students for exams and assessments.


• Develop study plans and provide study skills training.


• Assist with homework and assignments.


• Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress.


• Identify and address any learning or behavioral issues that may impact student progress.


• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to ensure effective learning.


• Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.


• 0 - 15 years work experience.
