Job Description

• Managing the entire employee life cycle of all outsourced Engineers


• Identifying business opportunities and grow the revenue base of the practice


• Monitoring the progress of outsourced projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met


• Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers


• Sourcing and recruiting of technical resource (i.e. Software developers, Support engineers) to meet client’s requirement


• Strategic development, management and implementation of the Managed Services plans to grow the practice


• Ensuring profitable margins are met and maintained for the business

Requirements

• First Degree or equivalent in any discipline


• At least 6 years experience in HR space, preferably in a Consulting environment


• Strong track record of technical recruitment experience.
