Job Description



  • To develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans, as well as building a team of sales professionals for the clinical and surgical solutions division. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets. The responsibilities include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer and industry trends, whilst providing operational and personnel support to ensure the functionality and sustainability of the sales team as a whole with approval from the Director.

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets, prepares forecasts and

  • KPI reporting for the sales team and expand our customer base.

  • Manage the surgical and clinical division sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth.

  • Owning and exceeding annual sales targets within assigned division

  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationship.

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.

  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated,and achievable solutions.

  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.

  • Review of the strategy plan to ensure currency and appropriateness.

  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership.

  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCY



  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and the ability to coach others.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

  • Strength in problem solving, resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.

  •  Have impeccable attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • Strong leadership and team building skills.

  • Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry

  • In-depth business process knowledge

  • Good understanding of financial management principles § Good understanding of project management principles

  • Good understanding of key principles of contract managemen
