The position is responsible for monitoring store performance.

Effectively delegates assignments and follows up to verify completion. Provides assistance and training as necessary.
Maintains the neatness and cleanliness of the sales floor, office, windows, and storage areas.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) with 5 - 10 years of work experience.
Must have retail management experience
Minimum Second Class Upper.
Jewellery experience preferred.
Must be skilled in leadership, coaching, training, sales generation, customer service, communication, conflict resolution, and time management.
