Responsibilities



  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable

  • Greet, welcome guest, answer questions and address complaints

  • Receive letter, Packages and distribute them

  • Check, sort and forward emails

  • Take up other duties as assigned.


Requirements



  • Proven experience as a front desk officer or a related role

  • Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping

  • Proficient in English (Oral and Written)

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially excel and word).
