• Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
  

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in legal proceedings.


• Prepare documents for clients


• Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.


• Protect the company and its directors against legal risks and violations.


• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.


• Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.


• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.


• Apply and file legal company legal requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.


• Licensed to practice law from  Bar Association.


• A minimum of 1 year’ experience as a corporate lawyer.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.


• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.


• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.


• Candidate must live within Ajah and Eleko Axis of Ibeju Lekki Lagos


• Candidate must be interested in attending to matters in Lagos, Ogun and Oyo State


• Candidate must be ready to give and proper representation
