Purpose



  • Guiding, monitoring and leading an entire group. He/she responsible for motivating teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals


Essential Job Functions



  • Support the establishment of positive and engaging workplace culture by effective facilitation and resolutionof employee relations matters.

  • Compute monthly payroll for employees.

  • Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys.

  • Computation and Management of Staff Pension, Staff Income Tax and NHIS.

  • Supports in liaising with the HMO providers.

  • Supports in researching and formulation of benefit plans, programs and policies.

  • Supports in Managing Employee Performance Review; advising and providing necessary counsel to line managers where necessary.

  • Supports in developing and implementing recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing creative talents.

  • Support the HR Manager on staff retention strategies and initiatives.

  • Responsible for reviewing complex employee issues and recommending solutions that are in alignment with the organization’s core values and policy.

  • Track and ensure compliance against labour legislative requirements and conditions of service.

  • Administration of the organizational benefits programs. Eg: Insurance policies, Wellness programs, leave policies, and general staff welfare.

  • Supports in managing staff training schedules for continuous development and improvement on assigned roles.

  • Conducts and analyses exit interviews, recommending changes to promote talent retention.

  • Management of Staff background and guarantors’ verifications.

Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 4 - 6 years relevant work experience.


Knowledge:



  • Expert Knowledge of HR Processes

  • Communication - Written and Oral Presentation

  • CIPM or any recognized professional certification in HR.
