Responsibilities
They include but not limited to:
- Receiving and sending the Managing Director’s correspondence via emails
- Obtaining the Managing Director’s approval on sent requests.
- Making and receiving calls on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Receiving of the Managing Director’s personal and official guest.
- Making travel arrangements and reservations on behalf of the Managing Director and guests.
- Recording and keeping track of the Managing Director’s out-of-pocket expenses.
- Keeping a record of all the Managing Director’s correspondence.
Requirements
- First Degree in any Social / Management Science discipline
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Very proficient in the use of work tools and social media.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- English proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Versatile and Proactive
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
- Strong analytical skills.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
