Job Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Defining and driving marketing strategy across channels for the full customer lifecycle
- Developing and analyzing goals, performance, and other key metrics, using it to inform the overall marketing strategy
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Branding and awareness
- Ensuring the efficient use of digital media budget across all platforms
- Launching campaigns on time and on budget
- Tracking the performance of ongoing campaigns and reporting on progress to the Management.
- Serving as the digital campaigns data and performance expert
- Taking a consultative approach when working with other departments
- Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.
Qualifications & Experience
- A HND Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, information technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in sales and the Information Technology field
- A track record of generating leads and conversion to clients
- A proven record of consistent KPI deliveries
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to relate technical information to non-technical clients/customers.
- Excellent technical and problem solving skills.
- Good leadership and team-working skills
Nice to have:
- Able to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment to achieve goals.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Understanding of IT Software development and lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
