About the Role



  • The Associate Sales Account Management will be accountable for Sales Numbers both Volume and Value in a given Region.

  • He/she will manage sales geography of average 5 Nigeria states and 10 Key Cities and will train the Distributors sales.


About the Team / Department



  • The Associate Sales Account Management reports into Associate Manager Broker/Distributor Management.

  • He/she will have two direct reports of Senior Associates/Associates, average team size of about 100 persons including 3rd party and Distributor staff and oversee and Manage sales activities in Average 5 Nigeria States


Responsibilities



  • Accountable for Sales Numbers both Volume and Value in a given Region.

  • Account Receivable Collection

  • Recruitment of Wholesalers and Sub Distributors

  • Implement the Route to Market Strategy and grow distribution infrastructure

  • Drive Distribution and Coverage

  • Deliver numeric distribution and share gain

  • Training and retraining of Distributors Sales team

  • Execute all Trade support in line with Sales and Marketing as per geography.


Requirements

Experience you’ll bring:



  • 3-5 Years’ experience in FMCG

  • Good knowledge, understanding and practice of DP scheme/modern route market and brand visibility in trade and instore

  • Required bachelor’s degree

  • Proficiency in the use of computer system

  • Proficiency in English.
