Responsibilities

• Oversee cashiers, liners, and other employees.


• Keep records of expenses, sales, employee performance, and any other records necessary for management reviews and decision-making.


• Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.


• Monitor shelve stocks and excellent product displays, and the general excellent appearance of the store premise.


• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems


• Investigate market trends and offer products that would appeal to customers.


• Motivate employees to achieve targets.


• Communicate job expectations and coach employees


• Maintain items record and document necessary information.


• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area


• Accepts deliveries from suppliers.


• Evaluate the supply and availability of stocks.


• Report any major or unresolved supply delays or problems to the line manager


• Ensure all employees are properly dressed and presentable at all times depicting morals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience.
