To provide insights to the HR & Admin Group through identification, collation, and analysis of people (employee) data from various sources to enable data-led decision making.
This includes working on big data and analytics projects, gathering, structuring, cleaning, modelling, integrating, and visualizing large employee-related datasets to guide HR Strategy design and implementation. Act as a strategic thought partner proactively driving interpretation of data, trends/ patterns, into actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making, and enhance service delivery of HR to the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Collate data using pre-set tools, methods and formats and perform deep dive data analysis to understand trends across different buckets of employee data as well as factors driving workforce behaviour/ trends.
Consult regularly with HR process owners to discuss data and analytics needs and provide proactive advisory on optimal use of available data, analysis, reports, and models to support those needs
Design, standardize, test, and deploy metrics, scorecards, data models and BI dashboards, connected to the HRIS, and designed to meet user/ process owner requirements
Be responsible for design and implementation of data strategy, database administration, data governance, migration, integrity, and accuracy across all HR systems, dashboards, et ceter
Develop and present periodic standard HR activity reports, analysis dashboards scorecards, and other predefined analytic requirements
Consistently engage with HR process owners to identify processes that can be optimized leveraging tools such as Microsoft Power Platforms automation, as well as design and delivery of solutions to meet such needs, as required.
Key Skills & Competencie
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate), Tableau, among others
Database administration, data modelling (SQL, SQL Server), data analytics and reporting
Proficiency in data analyses and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Excellent Troubleshooting, Stakeholder Management and Business Communication skills
