Provide legal expertise and support to the company in preparation of legal documents.
Supervise and assist in the training of legal interns and other staff.
Provide one-on-one legal information/advice on property and workplace related issues.
Maintain accurate records and up-to-date files in relation to all clients.
Provide briefing notes on legal updates and developments.
Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the entire workforce in managerial capacity.
Develop and implement human resource strategies by establishing department accountabilities, recruitment and selection, compensation and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws by advising Management on needed actions.
Supports Management by providing human resource advice, counsel and decisions.
Staff payroll administration.
Ensure effective personnel management and staff growth.
Communicate changes in company policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed.
Undertake regular training of employees.
Provide specialist professional legal advice and support to clients.
Job Requirements
