Job Description
Duties
- Planning and coordinating end to end activities for the company
- Timely coordination of cooking personnel’s duties to ensure prompt preparation whilst maintaining safety and economical operation
- Accurate maintenance of food equipment inventory, inventory record management and record keeping
- Timely investigation and resolution of complaints on food quality and services
- Monitor budgets and payroll records to ensure authorised expenditure
- Must have EXCELLENT VERBAL ,WRITTEN and NUMERICAL skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and effectively coordinate the team
- Dependable and very reliable
- Self starter and ability to work unsupervised yet deliver on all tasks
- Personable and responsive to all stakeholders (employees, customers, vendors etc)
- Flexible with work schedule and whilst being able to work under pressure
- Must know how to use the Microsoft office suite tools.
Experience: 3 5 years experience or more
