We are seeking a reliable and professional Private Driver to provide transportation services for our client. The Privatel Driver will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely transportation to various destinations, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and responsibly operate the assigned vehicle to transport the client to and from designated locations.


• Follow pre-planned routes or use navigation devices to determine the most efficient and safe routes.


• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring regular maintenance and necessary repairs are promptly addressed.


• Assist the client with loading and unloading personal belongings as required.


• Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards, respecting the client's personal information and ensuring their security.


• Ensure a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion while interacting with the client and their guests.


• Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes as necessary to avoid delays.


• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.


• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant vehicle information.


• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly to the appropriate authorities and company personnel.


• Assist with other duties or errands as assigned by the client.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Proven experience as a private driver or chauffeur, preferably in a similar role.


• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.


• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to schedules.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and maintain confidentiality.


• Punctuality and reliability, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the client's needs.


• Neat and professional appearance, with the ability to adhere to a dress code if required.


• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mapping apps.


• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.


• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as required.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
