QUALIFICATION

Education:

• A good first degree in any discipline


• Relevant masters’ degree is an added advantage


• Relevant Professional certification is an added advantage.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a bank, with 2-3 years experience in a team lead position.

• To give leadership and direction required to ensure that customer relationships are developed and maintained by providing excellent financial products and services that add value to the customer while minimizing costs and risk to the bank
