About the job



  • To deliver highest quality HR support and advice to company and her clients across the breadth of operational HR functions and also deliverance of HR Projects.


Responsibilities



  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.

  • Run workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules.

  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.

  • Prepare recommendations on organizational improvement.

  • Discuss long-term goals of the business as these goals pertain to a new business model.

  • Work with members of own team to offer different ideas.

  • Clarify strategic and operational problems and successes with management.

  • Lead existing and new client relationships.

  • Design, development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes that provide up to date and best practice foundations for day to day people management.

  • Provision of onsite support to clients on a full range of HR functions including disciplinary, grievances and other employee related issues.

  • Advise and provide hands on support in respect to organizational reviews, restructuring and redundancy program implementation.

  • Advise, design and support recruitment and selection processes relevant to client needs.

  • Plan and oversee employee benefit programs

  • Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures

  • Performance Management

  • Preparation of Manpower Tenders
