To deliver highest quality HR support and advice to company and her clients across the breadth of operational HR functions and also deliverance of HR Projects.
Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
Run workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
Prepare recommendations on organizational improvement.
Discuss long-term goals of the business as these goals pertain to a new business model.
Work with members of own team to offer different ideas.
Clarify strategic and operational problems and successes with management.
Lead existing and new client relationships.
Design, development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes that provide up to date and best practice foundations for day to day people management.
Provision of onsite support to clients on a full range of HR functions including disciplinary, grievances and other employee related issues.
Advise and provide hands on support in respect to organizational reviews, restructuring and redundancy program implementation.
Advise, design and support recruitment and selection processes relevant to client needs.
Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
