Job Description

• Basically to assist qualified nurses in delivering healthcare to patients, administer medicines to patients at the advice of doctors or qualified nurses, clean and sanitize patient surroundings.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering intercom systems to determine patient needs.


• Repositioning bedridden patients.


• Providing physical support as a patient performs their daily activities


• Recording vital signs.


• Administering medications or immunisations.


• Setting up and preparing medical instruments or equipment for use.


• Explaining technical medical information to patients and family members.

Requirements

We need a person, preferably a female that possess the following:

• Relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years work experience.


• A cheerful and friendly attitude


• A willingness to perform duties proactively


• A kind and caring demeanour towards patients


• An ability to perform personal care tasks


• A willingness to follow procedures


• An ability to act with good bedside manner
