Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities:



  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Develop strategies to target specific market segments and industries.


Develop and implement business development strategies:



  • Collaborate with the senior management team to establish short-term and long-term business objectives.

  • Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue targets.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.


Build and maintain client relationships:



  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Conduct client needs assessments to understand their security requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.


Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations:



  • Develop customized proposals and presentations that showcase the agency's services and competitive advantages.

  • Conduct presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of the agency.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to maximize profitability and minimize risk.


Collaborate with internal teams:



  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.

  • Communicate client requirements, expectations, and project details to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Provide feedback and insights from the market to assist in product/service development and improvement.


Stay updated with industry trends:



  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in security services.

  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to expand knowledge and network.


Requirements and Skills



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Master's Degree in Marketing or related field, MBA Preferred

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the security industry.

  • In-depth understanding of security services and solutions.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving and exceeding targets as well as driving revenue growth.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
