Job Description



  • Assisting the Terminal Manager with operational issues.

  • Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.

  • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.

  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.

  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.

  • Liaise with HR team to take inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.

  • Follow up all departments operations and forward relevant suggestions for improvement to the Terminal Manager.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Management, Business Administration, and Engineering

  • At least 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role.

  • A relevant certificate in Business Writing and Elocution is an added advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superb organizational skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
