Job Summary:


Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers over the phone. He/she will engage with potential customers, provide information about products or services, address inquiries, and close sales deals. Telesales Executives will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization.


Duties:



  • Contact potential customers via telephone to promote products or services.

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls.

  • Present and explain product or service information to customers.

  • Address customer inquiries, provide accurate and relevant information, and resolve concerns or issues.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

  • Maintain customer databases and update customer information.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.

  • Basic understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors.


Education and Experience Required:



  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND.

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Training or certification in sales techniques or customer service is a plus.


Remuneration: N150,000 (Gross)
