Job Summary
- The role involves supporting the business in building the Fashion house reputation, revenue and working closely with the MD on other areas including negotiations, administration and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
- Participating in exhibitions, shows, conferences, etc as a representative of the brand.
- Determining cross-selling opportunities.
- Working closely with trainers and students of the fashion academy
- Managing and growing the digital presence of the brand
- Creating strategic content for the brand.
- Following up with production of all clients’ orders
- Advising on strategic business partnerships, both local and international
- Taking full ownership from beginning to the end of the sales or partnership cycle.
- Developing strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
- Working closely with the MD, plating a key role in shaping the brands strategy.
- Organizing photo shoot.
Job Requirements / Skills
- A Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Business Communications or a related field from a top university.
- 3+ years experience in Business Development, B2C, B2B Sales, Marketing or similar roles.
- The role requires a candidate with strong leadership acumen as it is very demanding.
- A background in eCommerce, Luxury, Fashion or other creative industries is essential.
- A proven track record of winning new business to deliver growth.
- A strong brand and product sensibility.
- Strong digital competence across a range digital devices and apps including [Microsoft 365 applications, digital communication platforms (e.g Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, Social Media)
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with a variety of clients.
- Ability to plan and organise people, events and activities involving the brand.
- Ability to solve problems as part of a team and decide on and plan appropriate solutions.
Salary
- N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
