The ICT/DBA will manage, secure and maintain our database system for high optimization.

Job Description

The ICT/DBA duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Software/hardware installation, Upgrade and Maintenance


• Database Troubleshooting


• Data Extraction and Transformation


• Monitoring Performance of the in-house support staff


• Database Backup Plan


• Database Recovery and Database Security


• Database Accessibility & Availability


• Database design and implementation


• Network (LAN/WAN) integration and configuration


• Mobile Application Enhancement, Podcasting & Synchronization with databases


• Providing support to in-house staff on Troubleshoot and repair of hardware, operating systems and applications


• Marketing Automation (Mailchimp)


• Domain management (Web/Email)


• Office 365 Administration including (Word, Excel and power automate)


• Maintain, Upgrade and Enhance office IT system


• Cloud management (SharePoint, One Drive, Google Drive and Dropbox)


• Train and support Users


• Any other Information Communications Technology & Data Base duties

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. or HND Degree in a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience required.


• Understanding of TCP/IP and Local Area Network.


• Knowledge of suite Applications.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications


• Good team player.
