Job Description (Subject to Modification)
- Greet, welcome and direct customers when required
- Carry out expiry check on products to avoid products expiries
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked in line with FIFO principles
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Partake in the quarterly financial stock count to avoid shrinkage
- Ensure store hygiene by adhering to Good Housekeeping.
- Perform all other duties as directed by Management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 7 years work experience.
